Although massage therapy cannot cure serious or life-threatening medical disorders, it can provide welcome relief from symptoms such as anxiety, tension, depression, insomnia and stress – as well as back pain, muscle pain and some forms of chronic pain.

Massage is also frequently recommended for the treatment of sports injuries and repetitive stress injuries and the enhancement of physical conditioning.

Massage by appointment or Walk Ins accepted on first come first serve basis.

 

1/2 Hour Table Massage
  
Varying pressure and techniques. Mostly used to address specific issues.

Swedish Massage
   Relaxing, light to moderate pressure.

Deep Tissue Massage
   Focuses on deeper muscles and problem areas. Moderate to firm pressure.

Chair Massage - 15 min.
   Medium paced, can be used as a 'pick me up' or relaxation.

Reflexology
 Can be performed on feet, hand or face. Utilizes pressure points to corresponding areas of the body.

Aromatherapy Techniques
   Energizing or relaxing blends. 

Hot Stone Massage   General, moderate massage implementing
  warmed stones.


Salt or Sugar Scrubs
