Swedish Massage Relaxing, light to moderate pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage Focuses on deeper muscles and problem areas. Moderate to firm pressure.
Chair Massage - 15 min. Medium paced, can be used as a 'pick me up' or relaxation.
Reflexology Can be performed on feet, hand or face. Utilizes pressure points to corresponding areas of the body.
Aromatherapy Techniques Energizing or relaxing blends.
Hot Stone Massage General, moderate massage implementing warmed stones.
